Bar Admission
There is no requirement under Russian law for a lawyer to be admitted to the bar in order to practice law. A qualified lawyer is the lawyer who successfully passed state examinations and received a diploma in law. Representation in certain state courts in Russia is allowed only for lawyers with diplomas. All lawyers of Metalex LLC have diplomas in accordance with Russian law.
Professional Indemnity:
There is no such institution as Professional Indemnity in Russian law. Rules governing quality of services (the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) are applicable to the services rendered by MAGENTA Legal and its team.
Consumer dispute resolution
MAGENTA Legal does not take part in dispute resolution before consumer dispute resolution bodies. All claims can be brought in Russian state courts under the general rules of Russian law.
