Konstantin specialises in litigation and arbitration. Additionally, Konstantin handles issues of corporate, labour and contract law, as well as personal data protection issues.

Konstantin graduated with honors from the Faculty of International Law of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with a Bachelor's degree, and also he graduated with honors from the Private International Law and International Commercial Dispute Resolution programme of MGIMO with a Master's degree and is a graduate of German Studies Russia, a joint programme of the Free University of Berlin and MGIMO.

He is fluent in English and German.

  • Forced recovery of debt in favour of a German citizen under a sale and purchase agreement of a share in a limited liability company. The value of the project - more than 170,000 USD.
  • Judicial debt collection in favour of a German citizen under a loan agreement. The value of the project - over 50,000 EUR.
  • Attracting subsidiary liability of controlling persons for debts of a limited liability company. The value of the project - over 19 million RUB.
  • Developing a set of documents for organising internal protection of personal data for a large pharmaceuticals company.
  • Foreign economic activity: advising a German automotive group of companies on supply agreements with foreign counterparties.
