What the checker is for
This online checker helps holders of shares in Russian companies and DRs make a preliminary assessment of whether unpaid dividends may still be received. It takes into account the issuer, type of security, place of custody, dividend period, date of conversion or crediting of the shares and the indicative claim deadline.
The checker covers LUKOIL, Nornickel, ALROSA, Sber, Rostelecom and Gazprom programmes. Based on the information entered, it estimates the dividend amount before tax and indicates whether a claim may be possible, whether an automatic payment should first be checked or whether the applicable deadline has expired. The result is preliminary and does not replace a lawyer’s review of the documents.

The actual entitlement to and ability to receive a payment depend, among other things, on the history of acquisition and conversion of the securities, the custody chain, actions of brokers, custodians and banks, payments already made, applicable restrictions, tax status, citizenship and place of residence, the supporting documents, and subsequent changes in law and practice. For Rostelecom dividends for 2022, holding the relevant shares on the record date — 1 December 2023 — is also material.
All amounts are estimates and are stated in Russian roubles before taxes, fees, costs and other deductions. The actual payment may differ.
