Key points of case law on damages for trademark infringement on marketplaces
Mr. Anton Shamatonov, Managing Partner of MAGENTA Legal, in his report spoke about the court practice on trademark infringement on marketplaces (Article 1515 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
