Lukoil, Rosneft and Tatneft: new distribution of dividends
At the end of 2024 many Russian companies (including three major oil companies – Lukoil, Rosneft and Tatneft) held general meetings of shareholders in regard to the distribution of the dividends. MAGENTA Legal would like to inform its clients that due to the respective decisions adopted at these meetings, the dividends will be paid to the shareholders in the amount of:

RUB 514 (approx. EUR 5,1 as of 13.01.2025) per 1 share – for Lukoil;

RUB 36,47 (approx. EUR 0,36 as of 13.01.2025) per 1 share – for Rosneft;

RUB 17,39 (approx. EUR 0,17 as of 13.01.2025) per 1 share – for Tatneft.
Since many Russian companies continue to pay dividends (many of them two or three times a year), applying for the dividends may also be a good option for the DR holders who converted their DRs into shares of Russian companies.
