PhosAgro: new distribution of dividends (June 2024)
On June 30, 2024 PhosAgro held a general meeting of shareholders that the dividends will be paid to its shareholders in the amount of RUB 294 (approx. EUR 3 as of 10 July 2024) per 1 share.
This is very good news not only for the shareholders, but also for the holders of depository receipts (DRs) on the shares of the company.
PhosAgro’s DR program has not been terminated (and right now there are no plans to do that) which means that DR holders of this particular program have the right to claim for dividends even if they have not converted them into shares (unlike most of other DR programs which were terminated and the dividends for which shares can be only claimed after conversion).
As PhosAgro continues to distribute dividends, claiming those can be a good option for all DR holders, since they can expect the dividends in the amount of approx. EUR 8 per 1 DR for the period from 2022 till the last distribution mentioned above.
