What the checker is for
This online checker helps holders of shares in Russian companies and DRs make a preliminary assessment of whether unpaid dividends may still be received. It takes into account the issuer, type of security, place of custody, dividend period, date of conversion or crediting of the shares and the indicative claim deadline.
The checker covers ten programmes: LUKOIL, Nornickel, ALROSA, Sber, Rostelecom, Gazprom, T-Technologies, Tatneft, OZON and EVRAZ plc. It estimates dividends before tax and indicates whether preparing a claim may be possible, an automatic payment should be checked or individual review is needed. For EVRAZ plc, it shows the payment status for periods after 2022. Results are preliminary and do not replace a lawyer’s review of the documents.

For Rostelecom dividends for 2022, holding the relevant shares on the record date — 1 December 2023 — is also material.
All amounts are estimates and are stated in Russian roubles before taxes, fees, costs and other deductions. Foreign-currency equivalents are approximate and use the official Bank of Russia rate shown in the result. The actual payment, exchange rate and converted amount may differ.
