Intellectual property protection, enforcement proceedings

Dmitry Antipov participates in projects for the protection of intellectual property rights, including monitoring of infringements of trademark and work rights on the Internet (on the marketplaces Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex, etc.), preparation of pre-trial claims to the offenders, communication with the marketplaces, negotiations with "pirates", preparation of settlement agreements, statements of claim to arbitration courts. Dmitry has vast experience in preparing evidence of such offences: Infringement detection protocols, including notarised inspections, control purchases, video and photo fixation, etc.

In addition, Dmitry is involved in numerous projects related to enforcement proceedings in civil and arbitration proceedings. In 2024, he completed a course of refresher training for the programme “Enforcement proceedings in civil cases” (M.A. Erokhova).

Dmitry graduated from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) with a degree in law and legal science, Department of Advocacy and Notaries.

Selected projects:

  • Protection of intellectual property rights of a board game publisher: pre-trial and judicial work to ensure termination of infringements of the client's rights on marketplaces and recovery of compensation over RUB 150 million.
  • Since 2022, he has been supporting a project on the conversion of foreign-owned depositary receipts issued for shares of Russian companies (Gazprom, MTS, Rosneft, Sberbank, Magnit, etc.), liaising with custodians and banks, participating in procedures for opening bank and depositary accounts for foreign citizens in Russia, handling the Russian segment of the process of compulsory and standard conversion (cancellation) of DRs and claiming dividends paid on shares converted from depositary receipts.
  • Extensive experience in liaising with governmental authorities and institutions, the Federal Service for Supervision of Social Security, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, courts and notaries.
