Dmitry Martynov specializes in intellectual property law, administrative law, bankruptcy and represents clients in Russian courts.

Dmitry graduated from the Faculty of Law of F.M. Dostoevsky Omsk State University with a degree in civil law, holds a Master's degree in law and studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava (Slovakia) under the Erasmus+ programme.

Dmitry has experience of working at the Arbitration Court of Appeal, where he worked with cases in the field of intellectual property and administrative law.

Dmitry speaks fluent English.

  • Since 2022, Dmitry Martynov worked as a court secretary in the Eighth Commercial Court of Appeal: he carried out preparation of decisions and rulings of the Commercial Court of Appeal in the panel for administrative and intellectual disputes, document management, participated in court sessions.
  • Extensive experience in liaising with government agencies and institutions.
