Svyatoslav specializes in corporate, contractual law, as well as intellectual property protection. He has over 10 years of experience working as a lawyer in major Russian companies. 

Representing clients in arbitration courts, Svyatoslav also conducts pre-trial claims work and supports projects in the field of protecting clients' rights on the Internet.

Svyatoslav graduated from the Civil Law Faculty of the All-Russian State Academy of Foreign Trade (VAVT), Moscow (Russia).

He is fluent in English.

Selected projects:

• Successful representation of the owner's interests in a court dispute with a government agency regarding the recognition of part of a building as an unauthorized construction. The court decided to refuse to agency’s claim to to demolish part of the building, saving more than 10 million rubles to the owner.
• Advising on a transaction involving the sale of real estate between affiliated companies with the value more than 100 million rubles. During the transaction, one of the companies successfully underwent a tax audit for VAT reimbursement of 20 million rubles.
• Successful representation of the company’s interests in arbitration courts regarding disputes over penalties amounting to over 30 million rubles
