An Open Letter from Rights Holders to Wildberries
A collective appeal has been prepared by rights holders regarding the situation with the delay in the actual (technical) blocking of product cards after decisions are made in the "Digital Arbitration" system.
This concerns cases where a blocking decision has been made and notification has been received, but the product card remains accessible to buyers for an extended period.
We invite rights holders facing a similar situation to join the letter. It is possible to adhere to the letter in its published version.
