List of "unfriendly" countries
We frequently refer to "unfriendly" and "friendly" jurisdictions.
This classification is crucial for various procedures related to depository receipts (DRs), shares, dividends and many other topics. such as type "C" depot and bank accounts, transactions with the converted shares, etc. The official list of "unfriendly states" is established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 430-r dated March 5, 2022.

Persons from these countries face specific rules and various restrictions of the special Russian legislation, which is being applied starting from Spring 2022.
