Anastasia is the General and Financial Director of MAGENTA Legal. She specialises in tax consulting, accounting services, and provides consultations in the field of labour law. She has over 10 years of experience in these areas. 

Anastasia advises on various tax issues, including thin capitalization, transfer pricing and intra-group transactions, taxation of foreign entities, business splitting, and other matters. She has experience in accounting for services, wholesale trade, and other activities for OOOs, individual entrepreneurs (general taxation system, simplified taxation system), and also has experience in undergoing audits, tax inspections, tax reimbursements from the budget (VAT, profit tax), and defending the interests of the company in disputes with tax authorities. 

Selected projects: 

• Full tax and accounting support of the largest German supplier of auto parts in Russia, starting from the launch of the project (opening a subsidiary in Russia);

• Full tax and accounting support of a German banking consultant (clients Sberbank, Alfa Bank, ROSBANK and others) in Russia, starting from the launch of the project (opening a subsidiary in Russia);

• Full tax and accounting support to a Luxembourg entrepreneur who opened an OOO in Russia to implement a project for the purchase and sale of residential property.
