Ivan assists the lawyers and partners of MAGENTA Legal in various projects. In particular, he assists them in projects related to the protection of intellectual property rights, monitors infringements of rights to works and trademarks on the Internet (on marketplaces Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex), prepares pre-trial claims against offenders, communicates with marketplaces and courts.
He has extensive experience in working with government agencies and institutions, the Federal Service of the Federal Security Service of Russia, the Federal Customs Service of Russia, the Federal Tax Service of Russia, the Ministry of Interior of Russia, courts and notaries.
