News to all SBER shareholders
We are delighted to share some exciting news for all Sber shareholders who have successfully converted their depositary receipts into shares. The Bank has announced unprecedented dividend payments for 2024, totaling RUB 786.9 billion. This amounts to RUB 34.84 per share (about EUR 0.4 at the exchange rate as of 30.06.2025). The payments are scheduled to be distributed by 22.08.2025.
We strongly encourage all shareholders who have converted their depositary receipts to regularly monitor the status of dividends on their accounts, as Russian companies have been consistently issuing dividend payments to their shareholders recently.
